about this site and its creator
Born in 1978, Cheltenham, my name is Robert Elbourn, and I am an accredited coach. Working mainly with IT and software delivery teams as an "agile" or lean coach and consultant. I love my job. This site brings a couple of things that I love together, which is the spoken language and software development (to keep my hand in). Incidentally I have a blog here that I occasionally contribute to.

I have a list of things I like and don't like, in my head, I can never think of them all at once so I am adding it here. It will grow...
Things I like | Things I don't like |
---|---|
The smell of a freshly purchased bag of coffee beans | The smell of peanuts |
Humblebragging | When people litter |
To have all the information before doing something | Multitasking |
When you have continuous flow in traffic | When someone causes you to break sharply |
When someone helps a stranger | Broken umbrellas littered around |
